write this stuffs about leadership
to me
leadership is not a position
but a responsibility
leaders are not someone who empowers
but someone who influence
leaders are not perfect
but definitely not slackers
this few days
dealing with leadership stuffs
pls dun blame me if i am being harsh on u all
either npcc or pb
i have my reasons for it
i will continue to push on
and i will not close one eye
there are lot of things that leaders do
not just physically,
mentally too
preparations are done beforehand
even the type of punishments that u all have received
to the slackers out there
pls do not try to challenge the leaders
they can see what u r doing
leadership is all up to yourself
whether u wan to take it or not
is whether u want to train up your leadership skills
camps, lectures, courses
all value of leadership are similar
but what truely determines yourself as a leader
is ACTION
action is not to be done easily
some juz cannot put themselves to do it
the change has come
no more slack day for npcc
better standards are going to be made
tough time nvr last
tough people do
if not u then who
if not now then when
start to train your leadership skills
and it will definately help u in your future

nvr extinguish
always aflame
this is called the torch within u
if up to u whether u want to reignite it
and make a blazing fire out of it
it is your passion
your belief
and no one can ever extinguish it for u
change has come
